George visits Sunshine Day Centre

George paid a visit to the Sunshine Day Centre in Waterlooville to meet with the centre’s staff, and some of the elderly people who use the facilities.

George  was keen to praise the work done by the centre and hoped that additional facilities could be setup in the future.

“I do regret the sale of Southwick Park will end a long association there with the military but the money raised will go towards the defence budget and the land could well be used to build much needed homes, although I understand it is early days yet and there are no firm plans.
