George paid a visit to Wallops Wood Cottages to congratulate them on being shortlisted for the Countryside Rural Oscars last year.

George tells a tale for World Book Day

Meon Valley MP George Hollingbery visited Cheriton Primary School on World Book Day last week to read to pupils.

The children, all dressed up as their favourite book characters, listened to George as he read a story about a penguin called Lost & Found by Oliver Jeffers.

The Director General of the National Farmers’ Union, (NFU) Terry Jones and the Head of External Affairs, Olivia Seccombe met with George in Parliament this week.   They were keen to discuss with him the NFU Vision on how farming will deliver for the UK post Brexit.
