Hampshire MP visits Rising Stars of Zurich Insurance

Meon Valley MP George Hollingbery has visited Zurich Insurance in his constituency to talk to rising stars in the firm.

George spoke to around 20 employees from the Rising Talent group in the company about his role as an MP when he went to their office at Solent Business Park in Whiteley.

The Rising Talent group varies from junior to middle grade Zurich employees with a wide range of characters who have all been identified as having special talent to help add extra value towards growing the business further.

George talked for 20 minutes about his political role and his former experience as a district councillor and businessman, as well as tips on how to conduct and win debates.

"This was a really interesting and thought provoking trip and I was grilled about my role and opinions by these rising stars," said George.

"It's great to see that Zurich is looking to nurture the best talent in the company because this helps the firm grow while enabling staff to gain greater skills."
